Offline Standalone
POS terminal only — works fully offline with a yearly license. No cloud sync or companion apps in the bundle.
Cloud
POS with cloud sync and bundled Kitchen, Pickup & Staff companion apps for restaurants.
Installation
Five steps to go live.

Choose your build
Choose Offline Standalone for a single offline terminal, or Cloud if you use SubaPOS Cloud sync and companion apps.

Run the installer
Open the downloaded file. If SmartScreen appears, choose More info → Run anyway (for signed builds this step is usually skipped).

Follow the setup wizard
Accept the license, choose an install location if prompted, and wait for installation to complete.

Launch SubaPOS
Open SubaPOS from the Start menu or desktop shortcut.

Sign in or activate
Log in with your SubaPOS Cloud account or activate an offline standalone license on the terminal.
System requirements
- Windows 10 or Windows 11 (64-bit)
- 4 GB RAM minimum (8 GB recommended)
- 1 GB free disk space
- 1280×720 display or higher
Antivirus & SmartScreen
Allow the installer if your security software prompts you. For production deployments, use the signed build from this page or contact support for an IT-friendly package.
